Cappellette area, facing south.
Soil: clay-chalky

at guyot system
Vinification:
maceration at temperature controlled for 15 days, with frequent up filling of
its must on the marc. After the racking, a natural fermentation process starts.
Ageing: the wine
stays for 15 months in steel at
temperature controlled, then 6 months in bottle.
Organoleptic
information: Red ruby colour with purple scents. Elegant and intense perfume,
with pelasant notes of wild berries and
cherry finish.
Serving temperature:
16°
It is suggested the use
of a decanter.
